VIP Capital Ltd is performing a project under a procedure BG16RFOP002-1.001 - Support for innovation in enterprises under the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, co-funded by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.


Name of the project: „Automated monitoring, evaluation and prediction of weather conditions for wind farms and automation of the process in the management of existing systems for production of electricity“, contract № BG16RFOP002-1.001-0314-C01.


The main objective of the project is development and implementation of complex system required for the marketing of innovative service representing automated monitoring, evaluation and prediction of weather conditions for wind farms and process automation in the management of existing systems for electricity production, the new service includes application of technical solution method, which is a global novelty.
It will be achieved through the following activities: Development and implementation of specialized software for monitoring, evaluation, forecasting weather conditions in wind farms and process automation in the management of existing systems; Acquiring of tangible and intangible assets needed for the implementation of the system, necessary for marketing of innovative service; Elaboration of market research.
In the frame of the project will be develop an integrated system including mechanics, electronics and software part with elements of artificial intelligence in the form of self-learning system capable of dynamically adjusts global estimates of the wind potential of a particular wind farm and give accurate forecasts generated by the wind farm energy through which will provide an innovative service.

Project budget:  BGN 430 329.65, of which BGN 329 202.19 European funding, BGN 58 094.50 national co-financing and BGN 43 032.96 - own funding.
